ESDIP Madrid's esteemed Illustration Course is gonna be offered at our Berlin headquarters!
This is a very intensive and complete course which will give you the opportunity to experience and develop methods and techniques involved with illustration, drawing, and painting.

Time: Monday to Thursday, 3pm - 6pm

After completion of this course students will receive a certificate from ESDIP Escuela de Arte.
The aim of this course is to present each student with the opportunity to experience and develop the methods and techniques necessary to the creation of illustrations and paintings. The students will also learn how to develop their abilities to interpret their own ideas visually.
The students will be educated in a variety of techniques, including illustration, drawing and painting.
This course is for beginners! No prior knowledge is needed :)
At ESDIP's headquarters in Berlin (which doubles as a coworking space and an art school), students will have the opportunity to work in an engaging location, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere surrounded by professional creatives and start-ups.
Students will also be granted the use ESDIP Berlin's coworking area and facilities, as well as the chance to attend any creative events happening within the duration of the course.

was born in 1971 in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
He completed his architecture studies between Ecuador and Germany. His work as a landscape architect brought him to spend long periods in Italy, the Emirates and Oman. During his travels, he kept track of the journey through drawing and watercolor. In 2009 he became a correspondent member of the 'Urban Sketchers'.
In 2012 he was invited for a two month Artist-in-Residence project at the Opera House in Hannover, documenting the making of a ballet performance with his sketches. The project ended with an exhibition at the Opera House. Invitations to teach workshops in Barcelona , Tanzania and Malaga followed. His work has been exhibited in Ecuador, Italy, USA, UAE, Canada and Germany. His drawings have been published by books, newspapers and magazines around the world. Omar currently lives and works in Berlin. He is a founder and manager of the Urban Sketchers Germany chapter.
is a classically trained traditional figurative artist whose lifelong focus is improving her craft.
She was educated at the Art Students League as a child, at Parsons as a teenager and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.She has worked as a courtroom artist for CBS and CNN, monthly penciller for DC Comics’ Star Trek comic book, and as a portraitist and live drawing documentarian, which is a description she made up for going to fetish parties and drawing. Like Toulouse-Lautrec, but a chick.She's been featured on BoingBoing and io9 and the Steampunk Workshop. She has taught drawing across the United States to various age groups; ESDIP is her first teaching post in Berlin.
is professionally trained artist from Ireland. She studied Fine Art for four years in the Limerick College of Art and Design, specialising in the study of oil painting, portraiture, and figure drawing and anatomy. These days she resides in Berlin, and combines her work as a visual artist with teaching, both group and private classes. She has exhibited in many shows between Ireland and Germany, and currently paints in a studio in Berlin, Friedrichshain.
