February 6th – 10th
19:30 – 21:30h
‘ARTISTIC ANATOMY’ IS THE STUDY OF ANATOMY FOR ARTISTIC PURPOSES, OR THE STUDY OF THE HUMAN FORM.
A comprehensive study of human anatomy is essential to any artist, especially those hoping to persevere in the area of figure drawing.
Whether you are an illustrator, character designer, comic artist, 3D modeller, or you just like to draw for fun, then this is the workshop for you!
This will be a 4-day, intensive drawing class, incorporating a detailed study of human anatomy.
This workshop will aim to provide an overall understanding of the muscles of the human body, and provide a platform for further self-driven improvement.
THIS COURSE IS IDEAL FOR THOSE WHO HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO CONSTRUCT THE HUMAN FIGURE, AND WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THEIR ANATOMY STUDIES A BIT FURTHER.
WE WILL COVER
› Bone structure
› Muscle structure
› Muscle names
The students will work on theory, practice drawing, and also draw from a live professional model. (And don’t worry, we won’t really dissect people).
February 6th – 10th, from 19:30 to 21:30h
You’ll only need pencils and a sketchbook!
